John Whaite served up delicious funfair marbled doughnuts on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 50g unsalted butter or margarine, soften, 100g caster sugar, 2 tsp vanilla bean paste, 1/2 tsp fine salt, 1 large egg, 150g 0% total Greek yoghurt, 1/4tsp grated nutmeg, 275g plain flour and 2tsp baking powder.
For the glaze: 300g icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 60g milk, ruby red food colouring paste and dusky pink food colouring paste.
