Jamie Oliver served up a tasty frozen sweet peas, basil and cheddar quiche with avocado pastry and salad leaves on Jamie: Keep Cooking Family Favourites.
The ingredients are: 2 ripe avocados, extra virgin olive oil, 400g self-raising flour , plus extra for dusting, 6 large free-range eggs, 300 g frozen peas, 90 g Cheddar cheese, ½ a bunch of basil , (15g), olive oil, 100 g bag of mixed salad and 1 lemon.
