Matt Tebbutt apple and cinnamon log with calvados recipe on Saturday Kitchen

Matt Tebbutt served up a delicious apple and cinnamon log with calvados on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 50g raisins, 1 green cooking apple, halved and core removed (not peeled), 3 red eating apples, halved and cores removed (not peeled), 40g unsalted butter, diced, 50g caster sugar, 5g ground cinnamon, 1 x 320g puff pastry sheet, 50ml Calvados, 3 free-range eggs, 2 yolks and 1 whole, beaten.

To serve: 10g caster sugar and Pinch ground cinnamon.
