Nisha Katona lamb shoulder and plum curry recipe on This Morning

Nisha Katona served up a tasty lamb shoulder and plum/dried prunes curry on This Morning.

The ingredients: 4 ½ tbsp vegetable oil, 2 large white onions, medium diced, 5cm piece of fresh ginger, 20g, peeled and grated, 6 garlic cloves, peeled and minced, 2 tbsp garam masala, 1 ½ tbsp cumin powder, 1 tsp anise powder, ½ tsp ground turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, 750g diced lamb shoulder, 400g tinned chopped tomatoes, 350ml water, 250g dried plums/prunes or tinned plums, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and Obligatory backup jug of water, to loosen the dish to your taste.
