Sally Abe served up Cornish cod on toast with leeks, cockles and laverbread on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 x 150g cod steaks, ¼ sourdough loaf, sliced into 2mm slices, 1 leek, sliced into rounds, 2 slices streaky bacon, diced, 50g butter, 100g laverbread, 100ml double cream, Salt, Pepper, 1 kilo cockles and 200ml white wine.
