Phil Vickery served up porridge oats with frozen raspberries, chai seeds and grated apples for the latest food trend on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 small cup rolled oats (50g), 1 small cup any milk (150mls), 3-4 tbsp water, 1 tbsp runny honey, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 100g frozen raspberries, 1 small apple and 100g fresh or frozen blueberries.
