The ingredients for the biscuits are: 250g softened unsalted butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 50g icing sugar, 220g plain flour, 60g cornflour and ½ tsp salt.
For the filling (optional): 100g unsalted butter, softened , 200g icing sugar, plus extra for dusting, ½ tsp vanilla extract, Strawberry jam for spreading and approximately 150g dark, milk and or white chocolate, melted.
