James Martin served up salmon with miso glaze, fresh garden peas, chillies and BBQ aubergines on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 200g White Miso ‘Ready to Go Paste’, 120g Maple Syrup, 20g Red wine Vinegar, 8 baby aubergines, 600g piece of salmon and 200g peas in pod.
To finish: Sliced chillies and edible flowers.
