James Martin served up a quick mayonnaise with Dijon mustard and white wine vinegar to show Ellie from Sherborne how to make it on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 3 egg yolks, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 200ml vegetable oil or rapeseed oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
