James Martin served up tasty miso black cod with a spinach salad and crispy leeks on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 250ml cooking dry sweet sake, 250ml mirin rice wine vinegar, 150g white miso paste, 120g granulated sugar and 2 x 200g black cod filet/salmon/other fish.
For the spinach salad: 60g sliced leeks, 280g baby spinach, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 tsp truffle oil, 1 tbsp yuzu juice (or grapefruit, satsuma & lime juice), 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, Freshly ground black pepper and 80g dried miso (can be bought online).
