Lenny Carr-Roberts custard tart with orange popping candy and rhubarb sorbet recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

Lenny Carr-Roberts served up a delicious custard tart with orange popping candy and rhubarb sorbet on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 125g Soft unsalted butter, 250g Plain flour, 50g Caster sugar, 1 whole egg and 1 tbsp cold water.

For the tart mix: 11 Egg Yolks, 90g Caster Sugar, 600ml Whipping Cream and 2 whole nutmegs.
