Olia Hercules served up tasty chard golubtsi (rainbow chard rolls) with pork and beef on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 8 medium rainbow chard, stalks removed, 2 onions, 1 finely chopped, 1 thinly sliced, 100g cooked, cooled brown rice, 200g pork mince, 200g beef mince, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 garlic clove, finely chopped, 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp creeme fraiiche and sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
