Joseph Denison Carey served up a delicious chocolate and salted caramel tart with creme fraiche on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 9 inch shortcrust pastry tart case, blind baked for 15 minutes at 190c, 200g caster sugar, 60ml water, 60g butter (cubed) and 60g double cream.
For the chocolate filling: 200g whole milk, 190ml double cream, 60g caster sugar, Approximately 5-6 large egg yolks and 150g dark chocolate.
