John Torode served up a tasty nacho chilli meatballs traybake on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 400g beef mince, 400g pork mince, 30g fresh breadcrumbs, 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley and ground pepper.
For the sauce: 1 tsp salt & pepper, 70ml olive oil, 2 garlic cloves crushed, 1 tsp dried chilli flakes, 2 tsp paprika, 200m water or stock or some wine if you have it, 1 tin of red kidney beans, 2 tins chopped tomatoes and Handful roughly chopped parsley.
For the topping: 230g large bag of nacho chips and 2 big handfuls of grated mozzarella (or any cheese).
Optional extras for serving: Jalapenos, Smashed avocado, seasoned with lime & Tabasco, Tomato salsa, Tacos and shredded lettuce.
