John Torode served up a tasty winter Highland picnic with butternut quash and potato soup on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp butter, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, peeled, 1 small butternut squash, peeled and cubed, 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into thick slices, 1 litre vegetable stock and Croutons, to serve.
