John Torode served up a tasty nighties style tuna steak with a warm salad and gremolata on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 2 tuna steaks, 100g green beans, blanched, 50g pitted black olives, Cherry tomatoes, halved, 1 tbsp capers, 15 small new potatoes, boiled and quartered, 2 eggs, boiled for 6 minutes, quartered, ½ tsp mustard, Spring onions, sliced on an angle, Splash of red wine vinegar, A good amount of olive oil, Salt and pepper.
For the gremolata: 1 lemon, zested, a good handful of parsley, finely chopped, 3 cloves garlic, grated, Salt and pepper.
