John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty overnight oats together with a delicious oats porridge on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients for the porridge are: 1 mug of jumbo oats, 2 mugs of coconut milk and Pinch of salt (optional).
For the topping: Sugar, chocolate powder, berries, frozen banana.
For the over night oats: 60g oats, 170ml cold water, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2-3 tbsp natural yogurt or dairy free and 1 ball stem ginger, finely chopped, plus a little syrup.
For the topping: Frozen banana, berries, dried fruit, nuts, coconut flakes, peanut butter, grated apple etc, for toppings.
