Actress and TV presenter Caroline Quentin faces her food heaven or food hell on today’s Saturday Kitchen Live.
The two dishes on offer that could be served up by James Martin depending on the votes cast are: mango pavlova or chargrilled octopus with an artichoke salad.
Caroline regards the chargrilled octopus with an artichoke salad as her food hell but James says about the dish: “Octopus is marinated in chilli, mint and lemon before being griddled and tossed in a salad packed full of fresh flavours.”
Caroline says: “Octopus makes me nervous.”
Caroline’s food heaven is the mango pavlova. James says: “Melted white chocolate, mango, passion fruit and caramel… what’s not to love about this easy pavlova recipe?”
