John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a cheesy croissant bake with cherry bellini for breakfast on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen at Christmas.
The ingredients are; 8 croissants, Mustard of choice, 200g bacon or pancetta lardons, 150g gruyere cheese, grated, 150g cheddar, grated, 4 eggs, 325ml milk , 200ml single cream and Salt and pepper.
For the cherry bellini: 1 jar of cherries in kirsch, plus a couple of extra cherries for serving, Sugar cubes, Orange bitters, Kirsch and Champagne or cremont.
