John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious black forest gateau roulade for the festive season on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 175g dark chocolate, plus extra for grating, 4 eggs, 175g caster sugar, plus extra for sprinkling, 300 ml double cream, 1 jar black cherries in kirsch, Icing sugar to dust and Grated chocolate for decorating.
