Nigella Lawson served up a tasty pappardelle pasta with nduja sauce and cavolo nero (Italian kale) on Nigella’s Cook, Eat, Repeat.
The ingredients are: 1 large floury potato, such as Rooster, peeled and cut into 1cm cubes, 500g cavolo nero or other kale or dark leafy greens, leaves pulled from stalks and torn into small pieces, 500g giant fusilli (fusilloni), 60g unsalted butter, 150g ’nduja, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to serve and salt.
