James Martin served up tasty garden vegetable tartlets with society garlic and goat’s cheese on James martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 pastry cases, 200g Goat cheese rounds and 150g Mascarpone.
For the pea puree: 500g frozen peas, 50g butter and Salt and pepper.
For the garden vegetables: 100g broad-beans, 100g fresh peas, 2 spring onions sliced, ½ clove garlic, Few chives chopped and 25g butter.
To garnish: Peas shoots, society garlic and flowers to garnish.
