John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty ham with parsley sauce and mustard on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen at Christmas.
The ingredients are: 2 kg gammon, skin on, boned and rolled (either smoked or unsmoked), 2 large onions, halved, 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced lengthways, A few peppercorns, A few bay leaves, 60g flour, 60g butter, 600ml milk, 2 big tsp wasabi mustard, or any preferred mustard and Big handful of parsley.

I made this on Saturday John and Lisa ,it was delicious,I love your cookery show and often try your recipes,I would never have thought to put parsley sauce with gammon ,but it really works well ,my husband said it made it ,so thank you I will be making this again ,happy new year to you both,keep the shows going I love them xx
