John Whaite served up a tasty chicken cider stew with cobblers on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients for the soup are: 1kg chicken thigh fillets, 1 leek, finely sliced, 1 large carrot, finely diced, 1 celery stalk, finely sliced, 2 tbsp plain flour, 250ml dry cider, 1 litre chicken stock, 15 sage leaves, finely chopped, 25g pack parsley, roughly chopped and 150g creme fraiche.
