James Martin served up tasty BBQ tuna with fresh garden vegetables including Kohlrabi on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
75ml cider vinegar, 75ml Water, 50g caster sugar, pinch of salt, 4 radish some sliced, 1 carrot, 1 courgette, ½ cucumber, ¼ kohlrabi, 1 tbs olive oil, 2 x 250g tuna steaks, Salt and pepper, 1 tbs white sesame seeds and 1 tbs black sesame seeds.
