James Martin served up a tasty steamed line caught sea bass with BBQ broccoli and black beans sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 x 200g sea bass, 5 cm sliced ginger, 1 tbs vegetable oil, 2 cloves garlic peeled and grated, 2 tbs ginger, peeled and grated, 4 spring onion, 1 lime, juice, and zest, 1 small bunch of coriander, 2 tbsp fermented beans, rinsed and crushed, 2 tbs shoaxing wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 200g broccoli.
To serve: 6 spring onions, sliced and Coriander leaves.
