James Martin served up tasty BBQ Steak with corn on the cob, avocado and flavoured butter chipotle paste and creme fraiche on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 3 x 250g rib eye steaks, 25ml olive oil, Salt and pepper, 3 large sweetcorn, Butter, 100g butter, softened, 100g creme fraiche, 2 limes juiced and zest, 4 chipotle paste, 2 avocado 1/2d and stoned, 2 little gem 1/4d, 2tbs coriander, chopped and 2 tbs mint, chopped.
