James Martin BBQ Steak with corn on the cob, avocado and flavoured butter recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty BBQ Steak with corn on the cob, avocado and flavoured butter chipotle paste and creme fraiche on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 3 x 250g rib eye steaks, 25ml olive oil, Salt and pepper, 3 large sweetcorn, Butter, 100g butter, softened, 100g creme fraiche, 2 limes juiced and zest, 4 chipotle paste, 2 avocado 1/2d and stoned, 2 little gem 1/4d, 2tbs coriander, chopped and 2 tbs mint, chopped.
