Ching He Huang served up tasty veggie mince with French beans rehydrated soy and Jasmine rice stir fry on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 300g rehydrated soy textured protein mince (see step 1 below for instructions), 1 tbsp rapeseed oil, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped , 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, ½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder, 1 tsp dark soy sauce , 1 tbsp Shaohsing rice wine or dry sherry, 150g French beans, sliced on the angle into 1cm pieces , 50ml cold vegetable stock, 1 tbsp tamari or low- sodium light soy sauce, 1 tbsp Chinkiang black rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil , Pinch of ground white pepper, 2 tbsp chilli oil and Handful of coriander, to garnish.
