Sabrina Ghayour served up tasty Silk Road Style Lamb and Cumin Pasta on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 500g lamb leg steaks or other lamb steaks, 1 tbsp garlic granules, 2 tbsp cumin seeds, toasted and ground, 1 tbsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground coriander, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, 4 tbsp light soy sauce, or more to taste, 1 tsp rice vinegar, 250g tagliatelle, 50g butter, Maldon sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper.
