Lisa Faulkner served up delicious cookie dough pots with chocolate chips and ice cream on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 100g soft brown sugar , 100g butter, melted, 1 egg, beaten , 100g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 50g chocolate chips, Pinch of salt and Ice cream to serve (optional).
