James Martin served up a delicious whisky meringue with raspberries on James Martin’s Saturday Mornings.
The ingredients are: 8 large egg whites, 400g caster sugar and 50g oatmeal.
For the whisky cream: 500g raspberries, 1 l whipped double cream and 50ml whisky.
To decorate: Lemon verbena and Extra raspberries.
