Mary Berry served up mixed bean and butternut wraps with middle Eastern harissa paste on Mary Berry’s Simple Comforts.
The ingredients are: 400g peeled butternut squash, cut into 5mm dice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1¼ tsp ground cumin, 200g full-fat Greek-style yoghurt, 4 spring onions, thinly sliced, ½ small garlic clove, crushed, 1 tbsp harissa paste, ½ lemon, juice only, 400g tin mixed beans, drained and rinsed, small bunch fresh coriander, chopped, 4 medium or large tortilla wraps, 1 small romaine lettuce, finely sliced, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
