Mary Berry cook a very appetising dishes for a dinner party on this week’s Mary Berry Cooks. She makes rib-eye steak with Stilton butter that is bound to go down well at any dinner party.
About her rib-eye steak with Stilton butter she said: “ A thick juicy steak is a real treat and so easy to cook for a dinner party, but here’s how to cook it without having to disappear to the kitchen at the last minute and fill the room with smoke!”
For her steak dish Mary used: 75g softened butter, 2 banana shallots, 50g Stilton cheese, dash of oil, 1 tbsp finely chopped chives, 6 rib-eye steaks each about 200g, salt and freshly ground black pepper for seasoning.
