John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up delicious Jamaican ginger beer with homemade cordial on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 300g soft brown sugar, 300ml water, 2 tsp ground ginger, 200g fresh ginger, roughly chopped and crushed, 1 clove, 500mls sparkling water and 100mls lime juice.
