John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up delicious mini sweet and savoury doughnuts with custard powder on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 450g strong white flour, 75g custard powder, 10g salt, 50g caster sugar, 1 sachet fast-action yeast, 30ml warm water, 240ml milk, 40g unsalted butter, 2 eggs and Oil for frying.
For sweet doughnuts: Sugar, Jam, whipped cream or custard.
