Lisa Faulkner and john Torode served up delicious tinned lychee and ginger granita with lime and coconut milk on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 tin of lychees in syrup, 1tsp vanilla extract, 1 ½ tbsp drinking coconut milk, 40g fresh ginger, 2 limes, juiced and Fresh berries, tinned peaches, tinned mangoes.
