Tom Brown Crab Rarebit recipe on Sunday Brunch

Tom Brown served up tasty crab rarebit with beer and English mustard on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 50g plain flour, 50g butter, 200ml Doom ba beer, 300g mature cheddar, 1tsp Worcester Sauce, 1tsp English mustard, 2tbsp brown crab meat, 100g white crab meat, 4 slices of thick bread, small handful of picked flat leaf parsley, olive oil to drizzle and 1 lemon cut into wedges
