Ian and Henry’s vegan chocolate mousse with aquafaba recipe on Living On The Veg

Ian and Henry served up delicious vegan chocolate mousse with aquafaba from chickpeas on Living On The Veg.

The ingredient are: 100g dark chocolate, Liquid from 1 x 400g tin chickpeas(aquafaba, about 130ml), 21⁄2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt and blueberries, to serve.
