Gino D’Acampo served up delicious limoncetti biscuits with limoncello liqueur and ice cream on Gino’s Italian Express.
The ingredients are: salted butter, for greasing, 4 medium egg whites, 350g caster sugar, 350g ground almonds, Grated zest of 3 unwaxed lemons, 2 tablespoons limoncello (lemon liqueur) and Icing sugar, sifted, to decorate.

These biscuits are great and well worth making. I used lemon juice instead of the lemonchello.
the biscuits with the lemon liqueur in them would work out expencive to make when the bottle of liqueur starts at 14 pound a bottle and only need 2 tbl spoons
