Gino D’Acampo served up delicious limoncetti biscuits with limoncello liqueur and ice cream on Gino’s Italian Express.
The ingredients are: salted butter, for greasing, 4 medium egg whites, 350g caster sugar, 350g ground almonds, Grated zest of 3 unwaxed lemons, 2 tablespoons limoncello (lemon liqueur) and Icing sugar, sifted, to decorate.

Had ”bad luck”. The dough became runny after adding the sugar and ground almonds. This resulted in flat biscuits. I’m told that it could be adding the other ingredients to the whipped eggwhites too fast.
Easy, just drink the rest or make them again and again. Can’t see what the problem is
