Tom Kerridge served up a delicious low calorie peach Melba creamy overnight oats for breakfast on Lose Weight and Get Fit with Tom Kerridge.
The ingredients are: 60g porridge oats, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp granulated sweetener, 60g tinned peaches (in natural juice), drained and roughly chopped plus 2 tbsp juice from the tin, 100ml full-fat milk, 100g fat-free Greek-style yoghurt, 50g raspberries, 1 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted and 1 tsp honey.
