John Torode Sri Lankan chicken curry with tea recipe on This Morning

John Torode served up a tasty Sri Lankan chicken thighs curry with tea on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 10g uncooked rice, 40g coriander seeds, 10–15g cinnamon pieces, 10g black peppercorns, 10–18g dried chillies (depending on how spicy you like your curry), 10g cumin seeds and 28g fennel seeds.
