Merrilees Parker served up tasty Parmesan Baskets with Caesar Salad Canapes on Beautiful Baking with Juliet Sear.
The ingredients for the dressing are: 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 anchovies, 1 tsp garlic, 15g finely grated Parmesan and Squeeze lemon.
For the baskets: 130g grated Parmesan (grate on the finest grater you have).
For the salad: I x baby gem, extremely finely shredded and 50g croutons, make these as small as you can.
To serve: some chopped chives.
