Mark Sargeant Spanish breakfast recipe on Nadia’s Family Feasts

Mark Sargeant served up a tasty Spanish breakfast with black pudding, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs and sourdough bread for the New Year on Nadia’s Family Feasts.

The ingredients are: 8 Pieces of Picante Chorizo (Scored), 4 x 50g Pieces of Morcilla (Skin Removed), 4 x Large Field Mushrooms (Peeled), 4 x ½ of Tomatoes, 8no Free Range Eggs, 4 x 25g Slices of Smoked Pancetta, 4 x Slices of Sourdough Bread, 200g Spiced Beans and 100g Blitz Tomatoes.
