Nadia Sawalha served up tasty breakfast hot herby sausage rolls with cold Cheddar cheese for the festive season on Nadia’s Family Feasts.
The ingredients: 225g sausage meat, 1 onion, peeled & finely chopped, 1 tsp each finely chopped, fresh sage & parsley, Salt & plenty of black pepper, One packet of ready rolled puff pastry, A little plain flour if necessary and 1 egg yolk, whisked with a little milk.
To serve: About 115g Cheddar.
