Gino D’Acampo served up a delicious sweet chocolate risotto rice pudding with raspberries, honey and almonds on Gino’s Italian Express.
The ingredients are: 1 litre full-fat milk, 40g caster sugar, 4 teaspoons good-quality cocoa powder, 200g Arborio rice, 60g salted butter, 4 teaspoons vanilla extract, 4 tablespoons runny honey, 200g fresh raspberries, plus 12 extra to decorate and 2 tablespoons flaked almonds.
