Asimakis Chaniotis tzatziki with dill recipe on Nadia’s Family Feasts

Asimakis Chaniotis served up a tasty Greek tzatziki with dill on Nadia’s Family Feasts.

The ingredients are: 1 cucumber thick grated with the skin but with no seeds, 250g Greek yoghurt, 3 small cloves of garlic finely grated without the internal stem, ½ bunch of dill finely chopped, 20ml ouzo, 20ml olive oil, 10ml white wine vinegar, Salt and freshly ground pepper.
