Juliet Sear served up delicious s’mores cupcakes with chocolate and marshmallows on Beautiful Baking with Juliet Sear.

The ingredients for the sponge are: 85 g plain 70% chocolate, 85g soft salted butter, 100 g light muscadavo sugar, 2 medium free-range eggs, 60g soured cream, 1tsp vanilla extract, 100g self-raising flour and 15g cocoa powder.

For the biscuit base: 150g digestive biscuits, ½ tsp cinnamon and 75g butter, melted.

For the topping: 12 tbsp (approx.) marshmallow fluff, 12 white vegan marshmallows, or marshmallow of your choice and 50g dark chocolate, melted.
