Jungle curry is on the menu for the Hairy Bikers today as they continue with their Asian adventure in Thailand.

The duo serves up a Thai jungle curry in the north of the country where curry dishes are water based and not cream or coconut based.

Hairy Bikers says: “Get all the ingredients cut and prepared for this authentic curry and then it¹s just a matter of mixing together the chilli paste and getting it all in the pan.”
