John Torode served up a tasty ultimate surf and turf with steak, prawns and a tomato salad on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 50ml olive oil, plus extra to coat steaks, 2 x 180g fillet steaks, 12 large prawns, shell on, then peel and keep the shells, 50g butter, juice of 2 lemons, small bunch of parsley, chopped, Salt and pepper.
For the salad: 3 large tomatoes, 1 white onion or 2 shallots (thinly sliced), White vinegar, Salt and Olive oil.
